2 x double rooms & 1 x twin room - Maid Service & cleaning provided every week - Ground floor annex bedroom has en-suite shower room, 2 upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom/toilet - Baby cot can be provided - Extra beds for Children - Linen included.

Outside (covered – seating 6) and inside (seating 6) dining areas. - Outdoor barbeque + charcoal provided - Picnic box, cool boxes - provided.
Swimming Pool
Large (15m) heated swimming pool (not deep enough for diving) with solar cover - Sun loungers and umbrellas - Beach/Pool towels provided - Pool cleaned once per week - You will normally get 12 hours of sun a day.

Cats
We have 3 garden cats that are very tame, they are not allowed in the house, or around the terrace table when you are eating. Their job is to keep vermin at bay, which they are very successful at, as the villa is very much in the countryside. We ask you to feed them, (food provided) whilst you are in residence. They have proved very popular with our guest, particularly with the children.
Linda is always on the end of her phone should you have any problems, over the years everything has happened and been resolved, from ear infections, tooth ache and broken spectacles to brake failure on a hire car.
