Situated in the stunning hills near the picturesque village of Kimi on the island of Evia, this family run house was restored in 2006. Ever since it has built an outstanding reputation as the perfect destination for families and groups looking for very secluded and quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of working life. The area is not a tourist hotspot, so you will get to experience a taste of the real Greece.
Perfect for lazy days
The house is available for rent in both summer and winter. The weather in Evia is stunning, in the summer months (June-August) ranging from 30-40c, which lends itself perfectly for lazy days by the pool enjoying the Mediterranean air. In April, May, September & October the weather remains between 22-35c for those who prefer a slightly cooler yet still sunny holiday. In Spring you can also appreciate the beautiful wild flowers that grow all around the area.

Within 10 minutes drive there are sandy beaches, tavernas, bars, and even a small nightclub for those wanting to venture out at night. The area is also perfect for those who like long walks in the stunning mountain scenery. An English speaking guide can also be provided to show you the best walking routes.
